Presently, I am working with Kay & Emms as Coordinator cum admin Officer where I assist No of my Officials. I worked with UNICEF as UCCSO where I am responsible for to create demand for polio vaccination through locally appropriate intervention. Ensure Display and distribution of IEC material in UC, Participate in UPEC meeting to support Campaign preparedness, Monitor and supervise the AIC / Teams training for IPC component to ensure quality and provide feedback to the concerned authority, Build capacity of Social Mobilizer in IPC, Community engagement and Social Mobilization, Lead challenges mapping exercise at UC level and Social Mobilization, Ensure timely submission the reports, Follow-up with the data team for data compilation/ analysis and sharing for planning purposes on communication indicators, Participate in events / survey or conduct LQAS , market and other Survey related to polio / EI assigned by UNICEF focal person, Support SM during door to door IPC activity Support in addressing clusters of refusals through identified influencers, Support in monitoring and supervision the campaign including teams IPC skills, Identify potential entry points/ stakeholders at UC and community levels, Prepare and update the social map and UC social profile and support the process of updating micro plans with special focus on high risk group, Ensure that the evidence based Social Mobilization / Community engagement plan is regularly updated in included in Micro Plan , Ensure implementation of UC level communication activities, Track and Engage with families of missed children, Ensure understanding of refusals through social profiling and support in addressing cluster of refusal through identified influencers, Coordinate with UPEC for quality collaboration and coordination in all campaign activities, Analysis of 10 % tally sheets / missed children list in 5 days of campaign to identify reason / pattern of refusal and areas of intervention, Coordinate with partners relevant stake holder to response to refusal cluster reported during campaign days, Participate in Morning and evening meeting at UC level during campaign days to ensure appropriate use of resources provided for communication activities and to both address and provide feed back on communication related issues, Follow up with the data teams on data collection of communication indicators, Monitor and supervise SMs and make notes to be submitted in monthly reports and , Support SMs during door to door IPC activities,
I worked with WHO (World Health Organization) as UCPO regarding Polio Eradication Initiatives PEI in Pakistan with IO (Immunization Officer) in SIAs (Supplementary Immunization Activities) a joint venture of WHO and Ministry of Health, where my key responsibilities are to make pre-campaign activities like establishment and field validation of Micro Planes, Selection of appropriate Vaccinators teams and conduct and supervisors their training as well as Campaign activities like Monitoring of mobile filed teams front line supervisors , Collection of Target Data, Implementation of SIAs with special attention to hard-to-reach and underserved high risk population. Formation of realistic Catch-Up Plan for missed Children. Organize sweeping Activities in the light of PCM/ LQAs/ Marker Survey Results and facilitate the work of Independent Monitors. Keen review of Zero Reports, Visits of AS Sites and assigned informal healthcare providers to inquire about AFP (Acute Flaccid Paralysis) cases
I worked as District Manager in a EHBWP-Project, District - Jhang. This is a mid-manager level position aims to coordinate, support and supervise the projected by ICMC activities in the district that include Empowering Home Based Women Workers project planning and implementation , coordination, monitoring and reporting of the project outcomes. Preparation and implement advocacy plan and monitor the project activities are prime responsibility. Establishment a core group at District level regarding Women Working Group-CWWG. I have performed a wide range of responsibilities in Community Development Project for Salt Affected and Waterlogged Lands, shortly referred as Biosaline-II, is a joint venture of Government of Punjab (GOP) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The project aims at developing community driven sustainable forming system for the rehabilitation of degraded lands to improve livelihoods, thus contributing to reduction in poverty of rural masses. Under this project, being a team Leader, I was technical assistance provider to 07 professional and develop training events for the community and project stakeholders. And, also develop Coordination with Line Agencies for creating sustainable linkages of the communities. My prime responsibility was to assist Gender & Social Sector Specialist (GSSS) as well as Monitoring & Evaluations Specialist (M & E).
I have also performed as Unit Incharge in Social and Environmental Management Unit (SEMU), Punjab Irrigation and Punjab Irrigation Drainage Authority (PIDA), Irrigation and Power Department, GOP where I was involved in preparation of “ SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESMENT GUIDELINES FOR IRRIGATION INFTASTRUCTURE” and participated in dialogues with Former Organizations along with Director / D. Director. I collected information from whole of Punjab for GIS regarding canal inventory. I have also designed and prepared questioner for farmer some brochures as well as pamphlets.
I had experience to work with Punjab Rural Support Programme (PRSP) in School councils Programme (SCP) as Social Educator and then promoted as Administrative Officer. I had provided leadership to a team of 29 professionals and was responsible for planning, management, monitoring & evaluation of project activities, capacity building of staff, and social mobilization for community empowerment in education and provision financial support.
I have also completed an assignment regarding training of 289 Union Councils in Faisalabad, as Master Trainer, according to Punjab Local Government Ordinance 2001, (joined venture of Quid –E-Azam Foundation (QAF) and Devolution Trust for Community Empowerment (DTCE) funded by UNDP.
I had also taken experience as Project Helper in ByerCrop Sciences Pvt. Ltd two times at two different stations (Sitiana and Chiniot) and also served as Senior Marketing Officer in Greenica Chemicals Pvt. Ltd, Multan

I was born in a third big city of Pakistan namely Faisalabad after completing my 18 years education over there, started my professional carrier and being M.Sc (Hons) from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, I have more than 26 years relevant experience with NGOs / INGOs working in Social & Development Sector over past 26 years. I have better knowledge of various NGOs / INGOs / National and International Developmental Projects and have vast experience working with various International Donors like United Nations, ICMC and other donors systems as well educational systems.
I am university degree holder with different certifications in Monitoring, Operational Activities and impact assessment from different institutions.
